Our children are now 25 and 26, and we realized we simply don’t need the amount of space we once did.
We’re currently building a new home that is smaller, more functional and designed around the way we want to live now.
One thing we weren’t willing to compromise on was a primary bedroom on the main level. In fact, we’ve never owned a home without one.
Instead of focusing on having the largest house possible, we’re creating open, comfortable spaces we’ll actually use while eliminating square footage we don’t need.
